How to make a WhatsApp QR code

  1. Enter your international WhatsApp number.
  2. Add a message if you want customers to start with a particular question.
  3. Create the code, open the chat link and check the recipient.
  4. Download the PNG and scan a printed sample before distributing it.

Use it where customers need help

Put a support QR code on an order insert, a consultation code on a business card, or an enquiry code beside a product display. Explain what scanning will do: “Scan to ask us on WhatsApp” is clearer than an unexplained square.

Printing and privacy checklist

Keep a clear white border, use strong contrast and avoid stretching the image. Test at the actual print size with more than one phone. A larger poster needs a larger QR code. Use a business number if you do not want to publish your personal number.
